Ho comprato una scala a chiocciola modello Circula, molto bella esteticamente e solida. Nonostante un piccolo problema sulla spedizione, perché mancava del materiale ma è stato risolto in maniera tempestiva

It doesn't matter, the Circula kits can all be mounted both clockwise and anti-clockwise .
The internal pole extension is an accessory to reach heights above 319cm, but don't worry, in our Circula kits with 14, 15 and 16 steps it is already included in the price.
Circula can be configured to reach a maximum height of 648cm . On the site you can find kits to reach a maximum of 384cm, contact us privately if you need a project that allows you to reach a greater height !
Cosa mi è piaciuto: risultato estetico piacevole, adattabilità/modularità delle scale
Cosa non mi è piaciuto:
- Arrivati 4 pallet con nessuna istruzione esterna su come identificare le 3 scale e relativi accessori. Ho dovuto sballare tutto e investire un paio d’ore per orientarmi
- Istruzioni allegate troppo generiche, nessun codice articolo citato nelle istruzioni, occorre andare “ad intuizione” nell’individuare i componenti tra le centinaia presenti.
- Poco dopo l’inizio del montaggio della prima scala noto incongruenza tra un supporto a parete e relative istruzioni. Tento di contattare il vostro servizio assistenza (che dovrebbe essere in “tempo reale”) e ricevo conferma che le istruzioni sono errate, solo dopo 2 giorni…Inaccettabile dover sospendere il montaggio per 2 giorni in attesa di vostre risposte!
- I tasselli a muro che fornite sono chiaramente indicati solo per pareti in cemento pieno e non per muri in mattoni, ma ciò non è indicato da nessuna parte, ciò ha creato molti problemi, diversi tentativi con relativi danni ai muri (fori da richiudere e spostamento dei sostegni)
- Ringhiera: l’unione di due colonne sovrapposte (quelle del ventaglio) è impossibile da eseguire con l’inserto che fornite in quanto il suo diametro va in netta interferenza con quello interno delle colonne. L’unico modo è smerigliare la superficie di entrambi i lati dell’inserto in modo da ridurne il diametro. Ciò non è indicato in nessuna istruzione.
